As you may know, in 2010 President Obama signed into law the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) – robust and landmark health care legislation designed to ensure Americans have access to quality, affordable health insurance. Many provisions of the law, however, impact employers, particularly small businesses. As a result, the U.S. Small Business Administration, the U.S. Department of Health Human and Services, and the Small Business Majority have teamed up to offer free weekly webinars covering the various critical mandates that impact business owners.
