The Anaheim Convention Center is a fully ADA compliant building. ADA accessible registration counters are available onsite at Badge Will Call and Registration Customer Service located in Hall D and ACC North, Level 1 - New Location this year!
Service animals are permitted onsite.

Strollers are not permitted.

Producing events in and around Anaheim are approved for exhibiting companies only. The NAMM name or associated brand marks are not permitted to be used in event titles and / or promotion of the event. If you are interested in holding an event, please complete the special event request form.

Childcare is not provided. NAMM Member company attendees under the age of 18 must register for badges and the parent/guardian must complete a waiver form. Forms are located at the badge pick-up and registration area at the show. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.

- Effective April 1, 2022 the California Department of Public Health no longer requires COVID vaccine verification or proof of a negative test to attend an indoor event of more than 1,000 people.
- Masks for COVID are not required in the state of California, Anaheim or at The NAMM Show. They are optional and may be worn at your own discretion. Learn more about our Safe & Sound program for the latest updates.
- Baby strollers and/or joggers are NOT permitted on the show floor. NO exceptions.
- Attendees may not bring personal instruments onto the floor. Only exhibitors may bring music product on and off the show floor.
- NAMM reserves the right to refuse admission and revoke badges at any time. Transfer, sale or duplication of your badge in any way is prohibited.
- Dress Code: Attendees with face coverings and or body coverings, which include but are not limited to; masks, face paint, full hoodie, full costumes that restrict or limit clear identification or imply a violent nature are prohibited at The NAMM Show. NAMM reserves the right to make determinations on appropriate attire. If for any reason attire is deemed objectionable by Show Management, attendees may be asked to alter the attire or be removed from the show.

COVID Protocols
Effective April 1, 2022 the California Department of Public Health no longer requires COVID vaccine verification or proof of a negative test to attend an indoor event of more than 1,000 people.

Although regulations have relaxed, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 still exists in any public place where people are present, including The NAMM Show.
NAMM, along with the city of Anaheim and state of California, are taking numerous steps to keep our global community as safe and sound as possible. Should guidance from local and national authorities change, we will continue to keep you updated.
The Anaheim Convention Center will ensure unparalleled service and a world-class experience while taking steps to safeguard public health for event organizers, attendees, partners, and employees.
Steps include:
- Being the first facility on to earn GBAC Star Accreditation.
- ACC utilizes 100% outside air in accordance with ASHRAE and CDC recommendations for publicly occupied spaces.
- The ACC accepts only credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at locations that require payment, such as parking and food stand locations to minimize physical contact.
- 153 wall-mounted hand sanitizer dispensers, which include 90 that are touchless, have been installed at entrances, reception areas, elevators, restrooms and other frequently visited areas.
- ACC South building now has 63 points of entry access to reduce crowded areas.

Please note: EventSphere is the only housing partner of The NAMM Show. Fraudulent companies may contact you claiming to provide NAMM hotel reservations at discounted prices. These are scams. Should you be contacted regarding hotel reservations from anybody other than EventSphere, please let us know by emailing thenammshow@eventsphere.com.
The ast day to cancel without penalty is May 18, 2022.
Exhibiting in a hotel room is not allowed and will be shut down immediately. NAMM and our members invest significant resources into growing our industry and creating a reliable environment for our industry to gather. Please consider one of the many options for participating or accessing the show.

Privacy Policy

Transactions Policy
Over-the-counter transactions (cash, check or credit card) involve the collection of associated taxes and may not take place at The NAMM Show. Only business orders for future delivery are promoted on show site. Product promotions/orders may be placed in purchased booth space only.
Mask/Costumes
Face coverings and/or body coverings, which include but are not limited to; masks, face paint, full hoodie, full costumes that restrict or limit clear identification or imply a violent nature are prohibited at The NAMM Show. NAMM reserves the right to make determinations on appropriate attire. If for any reason attire is deemed objectionable by show management, attendees may be asked to alter the attire or be removed from the show.
Using NAMM Name and Trademark
The use of the NAMM name, logos, social media and email assets are provided to exhibitors to promote their presence at The NAMM Show in outgoing marketing efforts. To access available assets, visit the Exhibitor Dashboard.
Any other use of the NAMM name, logo or other associated marks must be approved by NAMM management. Please send special requests to Creative Director StuartR@namm.org for approval.
Non-exhibiting Members
To support the NAMM exhibitor company’s investment, there are strict guidelines, which all non-exhibiting members are expected to adhere to while at The NAMM Show. Non-exhibiting member badges are for viewing The NAMM Show for future exhibiting opportunities only, no selling allowed. Adherence to the following guidelines is required and any violation may result in prohibiting admission to the show for the remaining days, as well as future NAMM trade shows.
Approaching attendees or exhibitors at The NAMM Show for the purpose of displaying, showing or selling to a show buyer or exhibitor is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: The Anaheim Convention Center, Marriott, Hilton or any hotel on the NAMM campus.
Product samples, catalogs, flyers, brochures, product drawings, photos, videos, computer presentations or any other representation of items or services for sale, The above is subject to confiscation if caught by NAMM staff or security.
Showrooms, hospitality suites, special presentations or sponsorship of any activity is prohibited by non-exhibiting members or service providers anywhere in the city or surrounding area during The NAMM Show.
Bag Policy
No luggage is allowed in the Anaheim Convention Center, and all bags are subject to search. Backpacks, briefcases or rolling briefcases are okay. However, these bags may be no larger than 17" x 12" x 8." Any larger bags will need to be checked or left in your hotel room or at home.
For attendees who need to check a bag, please visit the bag check tent, located next to the Badge Will Call Tent in the Marriott parking lot. Bag check will be available from 8:30 am–6:30 pm daily, Sunday 8:30 am–5 pm, for a cost of $5 per item.
Be sure to retrieve your checked items by 6:30 pm each day and by 5 pm Sunday.
Camera/Video Equipment Policy
Qualified media may photograph/video throughout The NAMM Show. Exhibitors may photograph/video their own booth and/or product. Attendees may not photograph/video product without the exhibitor's consent.
Drone/UAV Policy
The use of drones, UAV’s, hoverboards and similar devices are strictly prohibited on the NAMM Show floor, as well as all outside areas of the Anaheim Convention Center. NAMM has undertaken reasonable efforts to ensure that the NAMM Show will be a safe environment for NAMM members and their guests, and the prohibition on drones, UAV’s, hoverboards and similar devices is consistent with standards of best practices for general safety.
If new risks and safety concerns arise, however, NAMM reserves the right to modify or expand the prohibition on certain technology, devices, or vehicles at the NAMM Show. Attendance at the NAMM Show will be conditioned upon compliance with such restrictions. For questions please contact NAMM Management at info@namm.org.
Hold Harmless Policy
You hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, and to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law you hereby expressly release and discharge, NAMM Show Management, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, vendors, agents, contractors, and owners ("Related Parties") from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, costs, fees (including reasonable attorney fees), proceedings, expenses, damages, or losses, of any kind ("Claim") in connection with, or which arise out of or result from, your attendance at and/or participation in the event, including but not limited to any Claim for property damage and/or personal injuries, whether as a result of your negligence or willful misconduct, your violation of these or any other policies of, or agreements with, NAMM Show Management or the event venue, your violation of any applicable law, regulation, rule, or ordinance, or otherwise, in each case whether or not foreseeable, and in each case except to the extent such Claim is directly caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of NAMM Show Management.
Smoking Policy
The Anaheim Convention Center is a LEED-certified building, which makes it a non-smoking facility, including vape smoking.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the balconies. Smoking and vaping is not allowed in the courtyard areas and may only be done 25 ft from the entrances.
Sound Policy
Noise levels on the exhibit floor and at various stage venues can be elevated. NAMM actively monitors these levels and provides complimentary earplugs for the safety and comfort of all show attendees. By attending or participating in the show, attendees consent to exposure to elevated noise levels, and assume full responsibility for taking steps to protect their hearing. Earplugs are provided by Mack’s and distributed at Registration, NAMM Info Spots, and the NAMM Member Center.
- There are complimentary sound rooms and WhisperRooms located in every community throughout the exhibit show floor. Use the NAMM app to locate these in order to demo product with customers and abide by the Show Floor Sound and Demonstration Policy.
- Exhibitors may build their own demo room within their booth to allow for product demos that are visible to attendees and contain sound. They may also rent a demo room through Freeman. Please contact TradeShowOps@namm.org for any booth variance requests.
- Booth demonstrations may not exceed 3 minutes, impede aisle space or cause disruption to neighboring booths. Sound levels may not exceed 85 decibels.

NAMM is permitted to use the name, likeness or biographical information supplied by the attendee. Attendee grants permission for photos or videos taken at NAMM events to be used in any publication, multimedia production, display, advertisement or web publication.

Security

If you see something, say something!
- If you observe something suspicious, please contact show security or show management immediately. Attendees can pick up any building phone or dial 714-765-8975 to speak with a security professional. Be prepared to answer: who or what you saw; when you saw it; where it occurred; and why it's suspicious.
- NAMM strongly encourages all exhibitors and show attendees to not leave product or personal belongings unattended at any time. While NAMM Management exercises reasonable care to safeguard exhibitors’ property by providing perimeter security service, there is no way to ensure the integrity of every person who comes in and out of the building.
- Security check points are located throughout the perimeter of The NAMM Show campus. All attendees are subject to ID and bag check.
- To report non emergencies, please see the NAMM Help Desk in lobby C.

Letters of invitation are offered through the badge registration process. The visa application process may take 90 days or longer, so please register for your badges and request letters of invitation at least 90 days prior to your NAMM Show travel dates. For instructions on how to request your letters of invitation, check out the visa information page.
If you are a NAMM member, your membership must be active through the dates that the show will be held in order to request a letter of invitation to obtain travel visas.
If you are a qualified general attendee, you can request a letter of invitation during the registration process. Once your registration has been approved, you will receive your letter of invitation via email within 1–3 business days.

- Attendance Qualifications
- All NAMM Show attendees must provide a matching photo ID to gain entry.
- The NAMM Show is open to qualified members of the trade.
- Attendees must be active NAMM members, pre-qualified general attendees or invited by an active NAMM member to attend.
- Attendance at NAMM trade shows is restricted to owners, suppliers, employees, endorsed artists and guests of NAMM member companies. NAMM's membership is comprised of companies that make, buy and/or sell musical instruments and products. If your company meets this requirement, we invite you to learn more about the benefits of becoming a NAMM member.
- Once your company has been approved for membership, you may create an account on namm.org and register for housing, booth space and badges, as well as learn about scheduled NAMM Show events.
- Authorized NAMM member companies may register family members under the age of 18. Parents/legal guardians of underage attendees must complete a Minor Waiver Release of Liability during the badge registration process in order to receive badge confirmation. Underage attendees are only permitted on the show floor during show hours and must be accompanied by an adult over 18 at all times.
- For NAMM members to register for show badges and book hotel rooms, your individual NAMM member profile must be designated as one of the following: Trade Show Contact, Registration Contact, Hotel Contact, Primary Contact, Administrator or Voting Rep. These contacts within your company have access to show services including registering staff, according to your allotment. To check your role, visit your Profile page.
- NAMM has the right to confiscate badge and remove attendees from the show if any NAMM Policy is violated.
Please note: non-exhibiting companies are given two complimentary badges per show. After these complimentary badges have been registered, non-exhibitor badges will cost $100 each. After the free badge deadline of January 6, 2021 at 11:59 pm PT, badge fees apply to all members. All registration purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How do I attend if I'm not a member?
- Representatives from organizations that do not qualify for membership may register for a badge to attend The NAMM Show. Registrations are available for pro audio, software, live sound, lighting, and other entertainment technology professionals along with buyers and influencers representing venues and houses of worship, as well as music educators and music majors. You must be 18 or over to attend. Badge fees will apply.
- Music students in conservatory, college or university, as well as higher education level music faculty may attend through NAMM’s GenNext program.
- Music educators, school administrators and school board members may attend through NAMM’s Music Education Days program.
Non-exhibiting Member Restrictions/Expectations Code of Conduct
To support NAMM's exhibitor investment, there are strict guidelines, which all non-exhibiting companies are expected to adhere to while at The NAMM Show.
Non-exhibitor badges are for viewing The NAMM Show for future exhibiting opportunities only—no selling allowed. Adherence to the following guidelines is required and any violation may result in prohibiting admission to the show for the remaining days, as well as future NAMM trade shows.
Attendees are not permitted to bring personally owned instruments onto The NAMM Show floor. Only exhibitors may bring music products on and off the show floor.
No Pitching
Approaching attendees or exhibitors for the purpose of selling at The NAMM Show is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, The Anaheim Convention Center, Marriott, Hilton or any hotel in the NAMM block with the purpose of selling or demonstrating products and services.No Demonstrating Products

Allotment
- Set badge allotment applies to all active members. With the exception of non-exhibitors, additional badges are available for purchase at $100 per badge.
Free Badge Deadline
- The free badge deadline is January 6, 2021 at 11:59 pm PT.
- After the free badge deadline, a late fee applies to all members. All registration purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Badge Policies
- Badges are the property of NAMM and are not to be resold. If NAMM is made aware that your company or an individual within your company is participating in selling badges, your company’s badge allotment and future show participation could be jeopardized.
- Complete your registration and pick up your badge on-site using the barcode on your confirmation email (printed or via mobile device).
- A corresponding photo ID is required at all entrances to the show. Badges are NOT transferable.
- A $100 badge reprint fee applies on all show days. Limit 1 reprint per person, subject to NAMM approval.
- Badge additions and/or changes take place at onsite registration, now located on the Lower Level of the Hilton, Anaheim. Available to NAMM members only; invited guests of NAMM members may not change or add badges.
- All registration fees processed are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Badges are for members and their staff, associates and guests only. Badges are the property of NAMM and are not to be re-sold or used for giveaways or promotions. If NAMM is made aware that your company or an individual within your company is participating in selling or giving away badges for promotion, your company’s badge allotment and future show participation could be jeopardized.
- Badges are the property of NAMM and can be revoked and confiscated at any time.

The NAMM Show is open to all members as well as professionals and buyers seeking products, solutions and services in music, sound and entertainment technology. Credentials demonstrating your role in the industry (such as a business card, screenshot of the company website or recent paystub) are required to register. Please note: artists/musicians, artist management and outside industry (shipping, data services, sales & marketing, etc) badge requests will NOT be approved for NAMM Show general attendee registration. General attendee registration opens on October 21, 2020 and will remain open through The NAMM Show.

Badges can be picked up at any badge will call, as long as the minor waiver release form has been signed prior to the show. ONLY the Parent/Guardian can pick up the minor badge. If the Parent/Guardian did not sign this form pre-show, they will need to go to Hilton Lower Level to complete this process.
- Drone/UAV Policy
The use of drones, UAV’s, hoverboards and similar devices are strictly prohibited on the NAMM Show floor, as well as all outside areas of the Anaheim Convention Center. NAMM has undertaken reasonable efforts to ensure that the NAMM Show will be a safe environment for NAMM members and their guests, and the prohibition on drones, UAV’s, hoverboards and similar devices is consistent with standards of best practices for general safety.
If new risks and safety concerns arise, however, NAMM reserves the right to modify or expand the prohibition on certain technology, devices, or vehicles at the NAMM Show. The NAMM Show offers two media centers: one located in front of Hall E and another in the ACC North.
During show hours, the media registration desk is located at the Hilton Anaheim, level 2.
- Member Center
The NAMM Member Center is located in the Lobby of the Anaheim Convention Center, and offers customer service, information, resources, endorsed service provider booths and roundtable discussions.

- Non-exhibiting Members
To support the NAMM exhibitor company’s investment, there are strict guidelines, which all non-exhibiting members are expected to adhere to while at The NAMM Show. Non-exhibiting member badges are for viewing The NAMM Show for future exhibiting opportunities only, no selling allowed. Adherence to the following guidelines is required and any violation may result in prohibiting admission to the show for the remaining days, as well as future NAMM trade shows.
Approaching attendees or exhibitors at The NAMM Show for the purpose of displaying, showing or selling to a show buyer or exhibitor is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: The Anaheim Convention Center, Marriott, Hilton or any hotel on the NAMM campus.
Product samples, catalogs, flyers, brochures, product drawings, photos, videos, computer presentations or any other representation of items or services for sale, The above is subject to confiscation if caught by NAMM staff or security.
Showrooms, hospitality suites, special presentations or sponsorship of any activity is prohibited by non-exhibiting members or service providers anywhere in the city or surrounding area during The NAMM Show.

- Press Photo Consent
NAMM is permitted to use the name, likeness or biographical information supplied by the attendee, and attendee grants permission for photos taken at NAMM events to be used in any NAMM publication, multimedia production, display, advertisement or web publication.
- Security
If you see something, say something!
- If you observe something suspicious, please contact show security or show management immediately. Attendees can pick up any building phone or dial 714-765-8975 to speak with a security professional. Be prepared to answer: who or what you saw; when you saw it; where it occurred; and why it's suspicious.
- NAMM strongly encourages all exhibitors and show attendees to not leave product or personal belongings unattended at any time. While NAMM Management exercises reasonable care to safeguard exhibitors’ property by providing perimeter security service, there is no way to ensure the integrity of every person who comes in and out of the building.
- Security check points are located throughout the perimeter of The NAMM Show campus. All attendees are subject to ID and bag check.
- Sound Policy
Noise levels on the exhibit floor and at various stage venues can be elevated. NAMM actively monitors these levels and provides complimentary earplugs for the safety and comfort of all show attendees. By attending or participating in the show, attendees consent to exposure to elevated noise levels, and assume full responsibility for taking steps to protect their hearing. Earplugs are provided by Mack’s and distributed at Registration, NAMM Info Spots, and the NAMM Member Center.
- There are complimentary sound rooms and WhisperRooms located in every community throughout the exhibit show floor. Use the NAMM app to locate these in order to demo product with customers and abide by the Show Floor Sound and Demonstration Policy.
- Exhibitors may build their own demo room within their booth to allow for product demos that are visible to attendees and contain sound. They may also rent a demo room through Freeman. Please contact TradeShowOps@namm.org for any booth variance requests.
- Booth demonstrations may not exceed 3 minutes, impede aisle space or cause disruption to neighboring booths. Sound levels may not exceed 85 decibels.
- The NAMM Store
Located in Lobby B, The NAMM Store features limited edition shirts, souvenirs and many other accessories available for purchase.
