Health and Safety Measures

Learn about the health and safety measures that will be put in place to help reunite our industry.

We look forward to welcoming you to The 2022 NAMM Show and Southern California!

Update: January 5, 2022 - As we look forward to gathering our global community in-person, June 3–5, we are committed to providing you with the latest health and safety information. Here is what you can expect.

Attendees will be asked to provide one of the following prior to attending The NAMM Show:

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
  • OR a negative antigen COVID-19 test within one day of the event
  • OR a negative PCR test within two days of the event

All attendees will be required to show a government-issued photo ID.

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) will make additional recommendations on face coverings on February 15.

The Anaheim Convention Center will ensure unparalleled service and a world-class experience while taking steps to safeguard public health for event organizers, attendees, partners, and employees.

Steps include:

  • GBAC Star Accreditation – providing assurance that proper cleaning, disinfection, and disease prevention practices are in place at the Convention Center.
  • Air quality and ventilation - the facility utilizes one hundred percent (100%) outside air in accordance with ASHRAE and CDC recommendations for publicly occupied spaces.
  • Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting techniques - complying to the latest EPA standards.
  • Sanitizing stations – the facility will utilize more than 200 wall-mounted and touchless sanitizing stations.

As we prepare to reunite our global community, NAMM is working closely with the City of Anaheim, following guidance from leading agencies, including the World Health Organization and Center for Disease Control, on a detailed plan utilizing the latest event safety and security measures to create a safe and sound, business-conducive environment.
